I was thinking this morning while I was on the rowing machine about how to tap into all of the abundance available to me – like, what is it specifically I should be doing to get in on that action? Am I right?! I have been doing a lot of personal development through classes, journaling, meditation/visualization – you know, all the things. And that is all goodness. I do these things when they feel good in the moment.
And that is what I realized mid-row – there is no single, silver bullet way to do anything! We can and should do whatever it is that resonates with ourselves in the moment we are choosing. We are the experts on ourselves. When we listen and trust, we know what those things are that will feed and support our best selves. We can learn from others – consider and try on the things they have done and adopt them if they feel good – and we can also reject them if they don’t. It’s all up to us. Nobody knows us better than we know ourselves.
What comes up for you when you pause for a few breaths and think about that today. What swims to the top of your consciousness and says – yeah, do *this*?
Sometimes for me its even just a really great playlist – one that can motivate me through a sweat sesh or a walk, or dancing like a fool in my living room, or driving down the road with the windows rolled down singing at the top of my lungs – loud, off key and proud! That kind of energy can open my mind to new thoughts and possibilities. You can never go wrong with good music in your life!
Here is one I have been building and adding to for a while that is thematic to the idea of “She Lives Out Loud.” It’s one of my faves and maybe you will find a few songs on here that you like too!

Consider this: You are not broken. You do not need to be *fixed.* Everything you need to know and every tool you require to be your best self is already inside you. Maybe you are just on a journey to rediscover that (or find it for the first time!). What is one thing you would do differently today if you lived this truth?
Go forth and be B.R.A.V.E.!
